DEVESELU, Romania (May 21, 2020) - Utilitiesman 2nd Class Petty Officer Jenny Cowan, from San Diego, California, and Construction Electrician 1st Class Petty Officer Timothy Powell, of Beverly, West Virginia, assigned to the Public Works Department aboard Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu, volunteer their time to clean the gym for its grand reopening following the COVID-19 health protection conditions restrictions. NSF Deveselu is made up of approximately 200 personnel including DoD Civilians, contractors and Sailors assigned to the installation and the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System.
