Chief Master Sgt. Tom Jones and Master Sgt. Michael Swick of the 179th Airlift Wing Honor Guard participate with The Richland County Joint Veterans Counsel in an Honored Flag ceremony July 2, 2020, in front of the Richland County Courthouse, Mansfield, Ohio. This Honored Flag is raised for 21 days in honor of two deceased Richland County brothers, U.S. Army Veteran John E. Parman and U.S. Army Veteran Mack Parman. This is the final Honor Guard service rendered by Chief Master Sgt.
