    Chuck Thompson steers his vessel "Packer Tacker" by the committee boat after crossing the finish line of the first race of the 48th Annual Hancock Regatta on the Neuse River, July 14. Thompson took first place in all three of the races on the Saturday and took first for his class for the regatta.
