    Soldiers competing in the 2012 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition walk to the start of the hand grenade qualification course, July 16, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The competitors, many of whom hadn't qualified with hand grenades with basic training, had the opportunity to score points and earn a grenade qualification badge.
