A group of approximately 8-10 people wearing matching white t-shirts and navy blue shorts are performing landscaping or groundwork at what appears to be a commercial area near a family clinic. They are using shovels, rakes, and other hand tools to work the reddish-brown soil, likely as part of a community service or volunteer project. The setting appears to be a suburban area with a parking lot, road, and various vehicles visible in the background.
