Maj. Major Michael F. Maj. Court is a fellow at Harvard University who has provided the Rhode Island Department of Health and Rhode Island National Guard invaluable medical expertise and support during COIVD-19. The Rhode Island Star may be awarded to members of the armed forces who distinguishes himself or herself exceptionally in service to the state.
