Gossage (center) principal deputy assistant secretary of the Army for installations, energy and environment, and Jack Surash (right), acting deputy assistant secretary of the Army for energy and sustainability, get filled in on energy-related matters. With them is Mark Fincher, operations and maintenance chief with U.S. Army Garrison Fort Benning's Directorate of Public Works (DPW).
