Four U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are gathered outdoors during what appears to be a military ceremony. All personnel are wearing black berets and face masks, suggesting this took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. One soldier is holding a teal/green battalion guidon flag with gold fringe.
