Explosive ordnance disposal systems are set up by EOD technicians with the Norweigian People’s Aid in Kosovo. The NPA, in cooperation with the Kosovo Security Force and Kosovo Force Regional-Command East’s task force EOD teams, work together to safely dispose of old explosive remnants of war in or near Kosovo communities. KFOR RC-E troops operate within Kosovo in accordance with the United National Security Council Resolution 1244 and are charged with ensuring freedom of movement and safety and security of all the people of Kosovo.
