200617-N-YA315-2004 PORT HUENEME, Calif. Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 use a 12K forklift to load a 60K generator onto the back of a highboy trailer for future transport. NMCB 4 is conducting a Mount Out Exercise to test the battalion’s ability to load and transport material and equipment. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering, and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
