Mushen Nasser, mayor of the Mada'in Qada, presents a $10,000 small business grant to one of 13 local businessmen that have completed an Iraqi Association of securities dealers sponsored small business development course, Oct. 18, in Jisr Diyala. The course was a joint effort between the local Mada'in government and the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division.
