SIGONELLA, Italy - (Feb. 5, 2020) Utilitesman 3rd Class Petty Officer Charlie Osborne, of Rockport, Texas, assigned to the Public Works Department at Naval Air Station Sigonella, removes debris during the water treatment process at the wastewater treatment facility.
