JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. – The 7th Infantry Division command sergeant major, Command Sgt. Maj. Robin Bolmer, shares his personal and professional feelings about the current social movement in the United States and his expectations for the Soldiers and leaders within the Bayonet Division. “I think the most important thing, like the (commanding general) mentioned, is we have to have dialogue,” said the division senior enlisted advisor. “Us starting this dialogue with him and I having it, is going to encourage leaders at all levels, down to the lowest level team leaders, squad leaders, everyone having this conversation. It’s been a long time coming. We as an Army and as a society, we probably pushed off these types of conversations for too long. It’s important as a command team we have this conversation in an open dialogue discussion so it would encourage you to do the same.” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
