Lt. Gen. Lee Quintas, deputy commanding general for U.S. Forces Command, passes the command flag to Brig. Gen. Antonio Munera during the June 9 20th CBRNE Command Change of Command Ceremony at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Munera is the eighth commander of the 20th CBRNE, which is the Army and Defense Department’s only integrated command with CBRN, EOD, and lab capabilities.
