    PANZER KASERNE, Germany - 2nd Lt. Garrett Julian, support platoon leader assigned to Charlie Battery, 5th Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery Regiment runs through the stress shoot lanes at Panzer Kanserne, Germany June 2. Julian won the officer category of the European Best Defender Competition and as awarded the Army Commendation Medal for demonstrating professionalism, tactical proficiency, mental and physical toughness.
