TAIWAN STRAIT (June 4, 2020) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Keith Avinger, from Chino, Calif., and Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Juan Silva, from Defiance, Ohio, operate the helm of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) as it transits the Taiwan Strait, June 4.
