Charles Flynn, special assistant to the commanding general, United States Army Forces Command, prior to Col. McAteer’s change of command ceremony July 12. During the ceremony, McAteer relinquished command of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, to Col. Patrick J. Hynes.
