FORT IRWIN, Calif. - The 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment's Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Brian Shrader, Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2nd Squadron, and the Soldier of the Year, Spc. Alexander Byrd, 511th Military Intelligence Company, Regimental Support Squadron, pose with the Regiment's Command Team, U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Anthony Walker, Senior Enlisted Advisor, and U.S. Army Col. Scott. C. Woodward, Regimental Commander. These two Troopers have demonstrated their excellence through an Army Combat Fitness Test, an Army Physical Fitness Test, and a selection board.
