Terrence O’Shaughnessy, commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command and United States Northern Command, boards an EA-18G Growler, assigned to the "Rooks" of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 137, on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) in the Atlantic Ocean, May 29, 2020. Gen. O’Shaughnessy, the operational commander, was aboard the carrier to observe the homeland defense operations.
