Cmdr. Edgardo Moreno, the outgoing commanding officer of the Dragonslayers of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron 11, bids farewell to members of his former squadron following an airborne change of command ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise.
