    Representatives from state and federal agencies, such as the Oklahoma Army and Air National Guard, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Oklahoma State University laboratories, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, speak to the members of the Oklahoma National Guard who are helping the Texas County Department of Health conduct COVID-19 contact tracing, May 15, 2020. As of May 19, 2020, Guymon had 650 confirmed cases of COVID-19, making it second in the total number of cases in Oklahoma.
