Helotian League drug cartel members are detained for further processing and questioning by Spc. Neil Marshall, one of the village policemen, who acted as a double agent, working first with the cartel and then with the National Guardsmen. National Guard Soldiers with the 71st Battlefield Surveillance Battalion took on the roles of members of a drug cartel or villagers in a notional scenario during their two-week annual training at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis in June.
