NAVAL WEAPONS STATION SEAL BEACH, Calif. (March 25, 2020) U.S. Navy Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Robert Villaflor, from Falls Church, Va., assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22), sprays disinfectant cleanser on the handrail of a ladderwell to prevent the spread of germs during cleaning stations aboard the ship. USS San Diego has developed an aggressive mitigation strategy to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of its crew.
