FORT BENNING, Ga. – At Fort Benning's Lawson Army Airfield April 14, Soldiers who recently graduated here from One-Station Unit Training for service with the Infantry or Armor, exercise social distancing and wear masks or other face coverings as they board an aircraft enroute to their first post-training duty station. OSUT graduates continue to depart Fort Benning for their next assignments. The U.S. Army's timetable for Soldiers moving to new duty stations was among topics covered in a May 12 video in which Fort Benning leaders discussed the recent easing of a few COVID-19 precautions here, and the prospect for further such actions in the weeks ahead and beyond.
