A renovated stone building, likely of historical origin, featuring modern additions including a metal exterior staircase, elevated walkway platform, and a large ventilation or utility duct protruding from a window. The structure appears to be a repurposed rural or institutional building set within a well-maintained green landscape. The surrounding environment includes mature deciduous trees, trimmed grass, and adjacent brick outbuildings.
