The JEAT is working to assess buildings throughout Northwest Ohio’s Emergency Management Agency’s region, as potential Alternate Care Facilities as COVID-19 cases increase throughout the area. The region, identified as region one, is made up of more than 1.4 million residents in 19 counties, with more than 30 hospitals throughout Northwest Ohio.
