Calvin Hall was the first of four generations in his family to serve in the military. His son-in-law Master Sergeant (Ret.) Steven Calder served 22 years in the Air Force. His granddaughter is Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Pittsburgh Command Master Chief Mistie Marcucci.
