200512-N-WI365-1079 EAST CHINA SEA (May 12, 2020) – U.S. Sailors simulate combating a fire on the flight deck during a damage control training team drill aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85). McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
