Maj. Gen. William Hall, commander, Task Force New York-New Jersey, awards a command coin to Sgt. 1st Class Sandra Toler, logistics non-commissioned officer, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Forward Assessment Sustainment Team, for her outstanding efforts and exceeding expectations of her tasks and duties, May 11, 2020. Toler is deployed from 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Sustainment Brigade, out of Fort Campbell, Ky., and has been providing logistical support to the Fort Dix Joint Readiness Center, at JBMDL, N.J., for the last month. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the whole-of-nation COVID-19 response.
