    Col. David “Oscar” Meyer, deputy operations group commander for the 451st Expeditionary Operations Group at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, exits his F-16 on the ramp at Kandahar Airfield after completing his 4,000th hour in the F-16, July 7, 2012. Meyer, a member of the South Carolina Air National Guard, is currently deployed to Kandahar Airfield and according to F16.net is the 37th pilot in to obtain 4,000 hours in the F-16.
