    U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Chad Luman, an electronics technician with Headquarters Battery, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, and Cpl. Colton Adkison, an electronics technician with 1st Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 15, 1st Marine Logistics Group, salute during an award ceremony on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, May 8, 2020. Luman and Adkison were awarded for helping innovate a new type of bracket to support unserviceable Ethernet ports on the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and cutting back on Marine Corps spending.
