Canaday not only exceed her recruiting goals but also graduated as a distinguished graduate and broke a monthly recruiting goal by enlisting 16 non-prior service Airman in one month. Following that, she went after the yearly goal and for the first time in Nevada history a recruiter enlisted 88 Airman in one year.
