A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Ospreys assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 362, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, participates in a mass flight during a flight leadership evaluation en route to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., April 30, 2020. The flight leadership evaluation consisted of six aircraft and tested VMM-362’s ability to rapidly respond with a large airborne contingent in preparation for deployment.
