The Mancilla’s have served as foster parents for about 60 children over the past five years, and have also adopted two children - Rocky and Mila. April is the Month of the Military Child in the Army, and Chris is a master sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving with the 652nd Regional Support Group, currently deployed to Poland.
