ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. – The Department of Defense has three top priorities during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Defense Secretary Dr. Mark T. Esper: Protecting the workforce, preventing the spread of the virus, and accomplishing the mission.
