A middle-aged person wearing a blue jacket and jeans is leaning over an open access hatch on a fiberglass grating platform, inspecting a water-filled chamber below. The hatch cover is propped open, revealing turbulent or aerated water inside the enclosed tank. This appears to be an industrial or municipal water/wastewater treatment facility inspection.
