The image shows multiple AH-64 Apache attack helicopters parked on a gravel/concrete pad at what appears to be a military installation or forward operating base. Several soldiers in camouflage uniforms are conducting ground crew activities around the aircraft. The setting appears to be during spring or early summer based on the foliage visible in the background treeline.
