Soldiers with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command work with night vision gear to render simulated medical aid during a training exercise held at Railhead Operations on the Yermo Annex aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Feb. 2. The training included a special focus on railway usage and included class sessions and hands-on exercises intended to maintain war fighter readiness.
