191205-N-DP001-0005 NORFOLK (Dec. 5, 2019) The five volumes comprising the Atlantic Fleet Training and Testing (AFTT) Phase III Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement sit on display inside the Fleet Environmental and Installations directorate at U.S. Fleet Forces Command. The Environmental Information Management System (EIMS), which is a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based toolset, supported management of this project, produced multiple draft and final versions of supplementary decision and natural/cultural resource documents.
