Col. Daniel Hibner, US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District Commander, gives a tour to Gov. Albert Bryan Jr., Brig. Gen. (VI) Kodjo Knox-Limbacker and other Local and Federal partners of the 210th Regional Training Institute, which will be converted to an Alternate Care Facility to support the Virgin Islands Department of Health, April 21, 2020.
The tour came after a press conference held at the 210th RTI dining facility to update local media. The VI National Guard is working with the Government of the Virgin Islands Federal partners to convert the 210th RTI at the Estate Bethlehem compound on St. Croix to an ACF.
