New York, NY, April 14, 2020—The streets of Manhattan are empty on a midafternoon as most residents stay home to flatten the curve. Normally crowded spaces are populated only by police, the national guard or security and a few people passing through. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum are usually full of tourists at this time of day but is eerily empty. K.C. Wilsey/FEMA
