NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 16, 2020) A U.S. Marine Corps Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement is loaded onto the Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312) during an operation to onload and offload equipment for construction of an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
