DEDEDO, Guam (April 14, 2020) A U.S. Marine Corps MKR18 Cargo Logistic Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR) offloads an International Organization for Standardization container with materials for construction of an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF), April 14, 2020. The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of the Department of Defense’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
