Burkett, assigned to Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), left, trains students during a basic fluid theory laboratory at NNPTC. Sailors at NNPTC were wearing protective masks in accordance with NAVADMIN 100/20, which announced the requirement for military personnel, Navy civilian employees, family members, and Navy contractors to wear cloth face coverings when maintaining proper social distancing is not possible. NNPTC's mission is to train officer and enlisted students in science and engineering fundamental to the design, operation, and maintenance of naval nuclear propulsion plants.
