Three U.S. Navy personnel in camouflage uniforms (NWU Type III) are seated at a table wearing surgical masks, face shields, and nitrile gloves, suggesting a medical screening or administrative processing operation conducted at night. The foreground sailor has a visible name tape reading 'ALVAREZ' and a 'U.S. NAVY' tape, with a tattoo on their forearm. The setting appears to be an open-air hangar or covered outdoor facility.
