Ukrainian Armed Forces Maj. Andrii Dublian delivers training instructions to Kosovo Force personnel April 8, 2020, at Camp Marechal De Lattre De Tassigny, Kosovo. Dublian is a member of the Kosovo Force Regional-Command East’s Joint Logistic Support Group. The JLSG are responsible for coordinating and training multinational forces that train and operate together throughout the KFOR area of responsibility.
