Juan Olivas, 315th Vertical Construction Company Soldier, hands out food at a mobile distribution center of the Imperial Valley Food Bank in Imperial, California, on April 3, 2020. The food banks have adopted a drive-through system that allows their clients to stay in their vehicles and reduces person-to-person contact.
