Senior Airman Michael Dean, 55th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, stands in front of an aircraft after completing scheduled maintenance while wearing a protective cloth mask April 8, 2020. Any cloth items worn as face coverings (e.g., neck gaiters, neck warmers, balaclavas, etc.) should be functional, cleaned and maintained in compliance with current Air Force instructions, and should cover the mouth and nose. Cloth masks are one of many mitigation efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 as Team Offutt continues to complete missions in spite of the on-going pandemic.
