Contracts for quarantine facilities at Forward Operating Base Westbrook located on Fort Bliss, Texas, are being administered by acquisition Soldiers and civilians with the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bliss contracting office and 919th Contracting Battalion. FOB Westbrook is one of two quarantine sites on the Army installation to support efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
