Major Dawn Rippelmeyer, senior enlisted adviser to the commander, Task Force Protector, cut a cake to celebrate the Army’s 237th birthday during the non-commissioned officer induction ceremony. Majors was the youngest NCO being inducted into the NCO Corps, and thus he earned the honor of assisting in the cutting of the cake.
